SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

All orders are carefully packaged with maximum protection to prevent any damage whilst orders are in transit.

Orders will be sent via Royal Mail or via courier depending on the size of your order, in some cases, orders will need to be signed for upon delivery to ensure they have been received by the customer. Where applicable items are insured and tracked during the delivery period.

We always obtain proof of postage.

We will not be held responsible for incorrect address details be given which result in your order going astray.

 

Refunds Policy

Items can be returned within 14 days for a full goods value refund. Returned items will be checked. We will not be responsible for any return costs in this situation. You must notify us in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods if you wish to return part or all of your order. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of returned goods.

Any goods returned after the 14 day period if accepted will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. We must be able to resell goods in as "new condition". Any goods where the packaging has been damaged and therefore rendered un-resalable will not be refunded. Please make sure you have purchased the correct item for your needs before opening any packaging.

Consumer Rights Directive - If a customer wishes to use their right to cancel, they must inform us of this fact within 7 days. You must pay return postage and you are responsible for the packaging and safe delivery to us within 14 days. Any refund will be for the goods ordered only. We will not be responsible for a refund of optional delivery charges such as express delivery.

Returned Goods

Notification of damage of wrongly shipped goods or incompletely shipped goods must be made within 7 days of delivery. Any claim made outside of 14 days will not be accepted. Returned goods must be in resalable condition and in their original packaging.

Some items cannot be returned, if the original packaging has been opened, this applies directly to Reading Cards and Jewellery commissions made to your specifications. In addition, as is the typical practice within the EU/ UK, earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Damaged Returns - The Buyer is responsible for adequate safe packing of any returned goods. The Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying damage to returned goods where such damage has in the opinion of Crystal Wisdom been caused by the goods being inadequately packaged by the Buyer.
