All crystals and other items are sold singularly except where specifically stated on the actual item description such as a pair or a set of.

Photographs of several crystals do not imply that you will receive more than one but are to show the natural variation of the product only.

Natural Products

All our crystals and minerals, and items containing crystals/minerals such as our jewellery are natural or made from natural materials. Mineral inclusions and natural markings within and on such materials do not constitute a fault. We have either generic photographs which try to show the range of possibilities within a product or Individual photographs of the specific item being sold. This is clearly explained in each product's description. We do not stock dyed or man-made crystals.

Colour Reproduction & Measurements - Please note that we try our best to reproduce the colours of the items exactly via the photos. However, this is not always possible as different browsers and computer screens reproduce colours differently and therefore the colours may differ slightly. If you are unhappy with your item when you receive it then we will gladly replace or refund your money on receipt of the returned item. Please see our refunds policy. All measurements given are intended as an approximate indication for the size of the product.

I will not be held liable for any loss or damage to your goods in the post, so please choose your shipping options carefully.

Courses and workshops - In the unlikely event that we cancel a course or workshop, we will either transfer you to another course of your choice or refund your full payment. If you choose to cancel a booking for any reason, then we will transfer your full payment to the next available course or workshop. If you request, we can refund your payment less the deposit paid plus our costs involved in processing the payment. This is usually 2.5% of the value plus £1.50 (this covers charges that we incur form Credit/debit cards/PayPal).

Legal Liability

The contracts from the sales of goods by crytsalwisdom.co.uk shall be subject to and governed by English law.

Liability of crystalwisdom.co.uk and Dawn Meadows shall in no circumstance exceed the original value of the price charged for the goods. Crystal Wisdom cannot accept liability for injury or negative consequences of using the products it sells.
